“Rich and Declan were superb from start to finish. Understood the ask, synced to the core theme of our company event (truly cared about the little details). And on the day, there were 50 of us, Rich had an eye (and an ear) for the detail on every single one of us, and ensured all were engaged at all times. In an hour he turned us into 'chaotic' wanna be muscians, to something that was half decent and you could hear a rythmn in there (somewhere). For me though it was the sheer joy and connection he bought to every single person. He said we were worth of going onto the street in Oxford at the end and we believed and we wanted to....... Fantastic event for any internal team build no matter the size. Even the Holiday Inn enjoyed (our venue) and not a single guest complaint!”
