Liverpool - End on a High!

Brief: “We are organsing a conference for our client, 110 people conferencing in Liverpool and need a spectacle to end the day on…” Katie. E

Result: “I had my de-brief with the client and they were super happy with everything“

Notes: After a couple of emails, a creative call, we created the plan! During the last few seconds of the conference we began drumming to “interrupt“ the CEO (this was pre-planned). The curtains were they pulled back and our team drummed to open the interactive drumming team building experience! Four of us swiftly handed out the instruments while our lead facilitator began the interactive part. Total duration - one hour. Result - high energy drumming spectacle with all 110 of the company drumming their hearts out!

We also did some background drumming post-event while everyone had a drink and an evening meal - great fun and meaningful!

London Bridge - 4 Part Series

Brief: I’m looking for a series of events to put the entire company through, connecting them all again, lifting spirits, after these few years we’ve all been through.

Result: “Just a quick email to say thank for a great team building activity, everyone really enjoyed it – including those who were convinced they wouldn’t!“ Sophie. J

We delivered: Four drumming team building events for around 25% of the company at a time - each receiving a similar team experience. The client needed to keep around 75% of the team onsite working while 25% experienced our drumming team building in London.

We initially helped try to source the venue offering some ideas and past venues we have successfully facilitated in. In the end the client found a beautiful venue right by London Bridge where each event was delivered.

50 People Leeds, June 2022

Brief: The team have not seen each other for a while, new people have been added to the team and I'd like to surprise them with a fun and meaningful experience to bring everyone together after a day of powerpoint.

Delivery: We arrived in good time, loaded in quietly while the conference was on break. We did a short performance to bring the team back into the conference room, before their one hour session!

Brief: “Hi, we have 150 of our employees and we’d like to bring everyone together for a high energy, fun team building experience. It has been almost 2 years since we have all been together. Also, new people have joined the company and we’d really like to use drumming to emphasise togetherness.”

Dragons Den Drumming Team Building

Drumming Team Building with the Dragons was quite the adventure…. around a decade ago now, and still significantly brilliant day to remember!

Duncan was a bit of a grumpy boots, Deborah highly engaging and a delight to chat with. James took a minute to warm, Theo in hindsight actually seemed a bit taken aback and Peter led the way!

It’s a good couple of years ago now and obviously the business has evolved greatly…. And, yes, we are still drumming strong!

Gallup, The Shard, London

Client Brief: We have a high profile client and I’d like to bring you in and use the drumming as a means of a fun way to deliver specific business messages we have been working on.

Delivery: 1.5 hour drumming team building experience at Southwark Cathedral, London. (Right by the clients offices at The Shard)

Outcome: Delivery was so bang on that client then booked us for an international event the following month.

Central London Bank Drumming

Client Brief: We are looking for 4 to 6 events per month for every one of our new recruits to experience as part of their induction into our company. Are you able to deliver?

Delivery: 1 year of 1 hour events in Central London, each event starting at the same time, closing their day of theory and coaching.

Drumming Conference in Saudi Arabia

Client Brief: We have a client in Saudi looking for a high impact, high energy team building experience for their team of upper management and also operational staff on two separate days in Saudi. what can you do for us?

Delivery: 2 x interactive team building experiences for 65 people on each occasion.

Conference in Prague

Client Brief: We need high energy drumming for an information-intensive conference in Prague.

Delivery: Reception drumming to greet guests and guide them to the conference room from their coffee and breakfast. Drumming “stingers” to introduce each new speaker throughout the day.

Interactive drumming sessions on day 2 to fire up the delegates for each theory session.

One grand finale interactive drumming experience with all 100 delegates to close the day on a massive high!
